Well folks, we may be slacking in our posts over the last couple of years, but this is one that is always done: the Annual Fall Camping Trip.
During the four night/five day event we had the best weather ever for this time of year. Daytime temps were in the mid 70's, with nights in the 50's (except for Wednesday night, 39 degrees). The only bad weather we had was the morning we were breaking down; it rained on and off, but was no big deal.
This years attendees were Jay, Tim, Ted and me. William made it for 3 nights, and Timmy was there for one night and part of another day (sorry I have no photos of Timmy).
We also had a few visitors: Lori, Danielle and her two kids (Jay's grandkids), and let's not forget about Mike.
Most all of the activities done were photo'd by someone so I'll not describe all of them: cooking, eating, rodent fishing, GeoCaching, and more than a few cold ones.
I've sorted through hundreds of pictures and selected the best ones (I think) to post. I've tried keeping them in chronological order, but since some were taken with phones, they may not be exactly right. There are also a few videos, which are at the end of this post.
I think I speak for the group by stating this is one of the more important gatherings of the year, and I hope we can continue to do this for many more to come.
Enjoy the pics!
